Tropical Sevens

Chakras · Mudras · Sound

Seven centers.
One living tone.

Tropical Sevens is a sound healing practice. We play singing bowls through the seven chakras, hold mudras, and move with yoga — because we believe what Masaru Emoto saw in water is also true of us: intention and vibration change the shape of things.

The seven

Each color is a center, a tone, a food, a mudra

Beside every portrait is the Solfeggio frequency we play for that chakra, five signs of health, five signs of imbalance, how we bring it back, and the foods that feed it.

Why we play

Water remembers. So does the body.

Japanese researcher Masaru Emoto photographed water as it froze. Words of love grew hexagonal crystals. Harsh words grew broken ones. We are mostly water. Tropical Sevens believes his work — and that is why sound healing sits at the center of this practice. A bowl is a way of speaking kindly to the water in you.

“Water is the mirror that has the ability to show us what we cannot see.”
